Deleting Media from Items
If you decide you no longer want to see media connected to a particular item, you can delete it or unlink it.
To delete or unlink media from an item:
- On a one-line, spreadsheet, or in the Database Browser, tap to select the equipment item that has the media you want to delete.
- Tap Properties
. - Tap Media.
- Tap to select the media item you want to delete.
- Tap Delete
in the Action Bar. - Tap Unlink or Delete from project, depending on your preference.
- If you unlink the media item, it is removed from this equipment item but remains in the project.
- If you delete it from the project, it is removed from both the item and the project.
