The blue information icon 
next to certain fields indicates that you cannot change these values while the equipment is connected to other equipment. This ensures proper phase and connection types for single-phase items and propagates the phase and connection type data to downstream equipment. You must first disconnect the equipment to change these fields to some other value. See Rules for Connection for more information.
