Table Report Tab
The Table Report tab to lets you view, export, and print reports that appear in a table format. These reports look similar to a spreadsheet and are designed to be easily exported to Excel or CSV (Comma Separated Value) files.

The options on this tab are described below.
Option | Description |

Open With Excel |
Open the report in Microsoft Excel. You can view and edit the report information in Excel, but be aware that any changes you make there are not written back to EasyPower. |
Export Report to CSV |
Export the report data into a CSV (Comma Separated Value) format. |
Export Labels to CSV |
Export the arc flash label information into a CSV (Comma Separated Value) format. Multiple rows of data are included as specified in the column Device Comment Count. This format is suitable for those who use the additional information to do further processing before printing arc flash labels. |
Copy |
After selecting data on the report with the mouse, you can copy the selected data to the clipboard. |
Find |
Find specific data in the report, such as finding a piece of equipment by its name. |
Modify Item |
After selecting an equipment item in the report, you can click this button to modify the item's data (for example, while viewing equipment in the Database Browser). |

Select your print options and print the report. |
Print Preview |
Preview the report prior to printing it. |
Label |
Print or design arc flash labels. |
Refresh |
Refresh the report data to pull in any changes that may have occurred after the report was initially opened. |
Report Config |
View or change the current configuration. You can select the columns that appear in the report, and save common report configurations for use on other reports. This option is only available to database, TCC, and coordination reports. Tip: You can use this option to limit the number of columns when exporting to Microsoft Word. Word can only accept up to 63 columns. |
Equipment |
Select a different equipment tab from a list of all available equipment. Tip: This is the same as selecting an equipment tab from the bottom of the report, but can be a faster way to open tabs that are hidden by the scroll bar. |
Window |
Open, arrange, view, and toggle between windows within EasyPower. You can also select to view additional EasyPower options (such as the status bar or Equipment Palette). The options vary depending on where you are at in the software. |
Expand |
Expand the rows on the report (to display the working distances on the Arc Flash Hazard report, for example). |
Collapse |
Collapse the rows on the report (to hide the working distances on the Arc Flash Hazard report, for example). |
