Exporting to Word
You can export the results of the Database Report to a Microsoft Word file. If you have applied any sorting or filtering, the exported results match the sorting and filtering applied.
Note: Use the Page Setup option to control the appearance of the report prior to exporting.
To export to Word, on the Database Report tab, click Word.

When the export is complete, Word opens and displays the results.
