Polygons

A polygon is a chain of straight line segments that meet to form a loop. Examples include a triangle or a pentagon.

The following demonstrates how a polygon is used to create the arrow head of a load. Each of the line segments is defined in the polygon points. The last line segment is joined to the beginning of the starting segment.

Note: All points should be on the same line in the XML file. If you must split the points over two or more lines, put the comma at the beginning of the new line instead of at the end of the preceding line.

<Polygon Points="7 14, 15 14, 11 21" FillStyle="Solid"/>

Note: Lines are described in a separate topic. See Rectangles and Lines.

In the case of a load, the FillStyle is set to "Solid" so that the arrow head is filled in.
