Setting Default Equipment Values
To save time when inserting new items, you can set default values for the equipment.
While in the Database Edit focus, click Tools > Equipment, select the phase family for AC equipment or select DC equipment, and then select the desired equipment. In the equipment data dialog box, enter the values you want as default data. You can later edit the data of specific equipment if it needs to be different from the default settings by double-clicking on the equipment in the one-line and making changes in the equipment's data dialog box.

Note: You can set the default values separately for three-phase, single-phase, and DC equipment.

Tip: When viewing an equipment item's data dialog box in the Database Edit focus, you can also set the default values for new equipment items based on the item you are viewing by clicking 
Save Equipment Defaults in the dialog box toolbar.
