How License Keys Control User Features
The first time a user runs EasyPower, he or she is required to enter an EasyPower authorization code. The authorization code instructs the software to look for a specific license key somewhere on the network. The license key controls which features are available as well as the concurrent usage of the software allowed for that key.
When the key is found, the software is activated, and the authorization code and key information are stored in the user’s registry. This effectively associates each user to that specific key, and enables each user to use the specific feature set authorized by that key.
