Disconnecting and Deleting Rows
If you decide you no longer need a row in a spreadsheet, you must first disconnect the row.
Select the row and then tap Disconnect. A window is displayed that explains your options.
You can:
- Disconnect and delete the row. This removes the row from the spreadsheet and disconnects the equipment but leaves the equipment in the project.
- Disconnect and delete the equipment. This removes the row and disconnects the equipment, but gives you the opportunity to select whether to delete the individual equipment items from the project.
- Delete the row from the spreadsheet but do not disconnect it. This removes the row but leaves it connected to the spreadsheet.
Note: If you delete a row but leave it connected, the next time you open the spreadsheet you will be asked if you want to connect the items. You can select to dismiss the prompt to prevent it from appearing on subsequent openings of the spreadsheet.
