Configuring Voltage Options
You can specify the property that determines nominal voltage for your equipment items.
To configure voltage options:
- On the Project Home page, tap
Settings. - On the Project Settings page, tap the Voltage Options tab.
- For each item type, select the property to be used when determining the system voltage information. You can select None or select any property that is numeric with a measurement type of "voltage."
If you select Use network voltage for new connections, then when you connect a new equipment item (for example, by connecting two items on the one-line), OnSite traverses upward through the system to find the appropriate voltage to use for the equipment item. When this option is not selected, the voltage must be manually set.
