Under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to uninstall . You will receive notifications when the app has updates available, and the updates will be applied to your existing installation.
If you uninstall , all project information (such as one-lines, spreadsheets, and media) are removed. You should export your projects prior to uninstalling to ensure you retain a backup copy of your project information. You can then import the projects after re-installing the application. See Exporting a Project and Importing a Project into [%=General.ProductName%] for more information.
If you decide you need to uninstall the app and have made a backup of your project information, you can uninstall the app by doing the following:
From the Windows menu, tap All apps.
Press and hold until the context menu appears, and then tap Uninstall.
