Uninstalling OnSite
Under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to uninstall OnSite. You will receive notifications when the app has updates available, and the updates will be applied to your existing installation.
Important: If you uninstall OnSite, all project information (such as one-lines, spreadsheets, and media) are removed. You should export your projects prior to uninstalling to ensure you retain a backup copy of your project information. You can then import the projects after re-installing the application. See Exporting a Project and Importing a Project into OnSite for more information.
If you decide you need to uninstall the app and have made a backup of your project information, you can uninstall the app by doing the following:
- From the Windows menu, tap All apps.
- Press and hold EasyPower OnSite until the context menu appears, and then tap Uninstall.
- Click Uninstall.
